Nurse with Trach Experience (LPN or RN)

Join our BrightStar Care Team as an LPN or RN! We are urgently hiring nurses with Trach experience to provide one-on-one care in our clients homes. All shifts are currently available ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours!

LPN and RN Responsibilities

Provides thoughtful care to clients and patients based on a personalized Plan of Care

Monitors and tracks changes in the client / patients conditions and needs and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed

Proactively updates the client / patients family on the plan of care health changes and concerns

Provide Trach and respiratory care with precision and safety

LPN and RN Requirements

Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in the State of Wisconsin

Trach experience required (Vent experience preferred; training available)

Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray

Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency primary care clinic or health facility preferred

Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist clients with varying mobility needs
