Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Location : Tulsa, OK

Shift : 3x12 Evening (Rotating holidays and weekends)

Pay Range : $29.00 $44.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus / Relocation : $5,000 sign-on bonus (if eligible) and $2,500 in relocation assistance

Job Summary

Pride Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to support a top-tier healthcare organization in Tulsa, OK. You will perform, evaluate, and interpret a variety of diagnostic lab tests, ensure accuracy, maintain lab instruments, validate new testing methods, and support staff training all while upholding the highest standards of lab safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Specimen Receipt & Processing

• Receive, prioritize, and process specimens in a timely manner to meet or exceed turnaround standards
• Verify specimen identification and labeling
• Determine specimen acceptability for analysis
• Identify, resolve, and document discrepancies for quality assurance
• Assist coworkers during high-volume periods
• Review specimen logs for unreceived specimens
