Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Co-op / Condo Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advising cooperative and condominium boards on governance matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. This role requires a deep understanding of New York real estate law (or relevant jurisdiction), co-op / condo governing documents, and board fiduciary duties.
