Our CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy specializes in Oncology, MS, Hepatitis, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Transplant and Gastrointestinal diseases and we're adding Pharmacy Technicians to this team! As a Pharmacy Technician, you will focus on refill calls, set up deliveries to patients, answer phones, and process, fill, and ring out prescriptions. In addition, you will work closely with others to process prior authorizations, copay assistance, and benefits verification. Duties :
Assists customers by responding to specialty product inquiries and providing technical advice or recommendations for specialty needs.Maintains specialty retail store operations by completing inventory management tasks, restocking shelves, and organizing displays.Communicates with customers and shares announcements and / or promotions on the latest product releases, features, and technology trends.Compiles customer complaints, inquiries, or concerns for senior managers to help improve future customer service outcomes.Monitors key sales metrics related to daily, weekly, and monthly sales revenue, units sold, average transaction value, and conversion rates.Operates within the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, handle cash, and operate payment terminals.Drives effective team collaborations with specialty retail associates and technicians to provide customers with a positive experience.Determines how best to prioritize tasks and manage workloads to ensure the timely completion of customer requests and specialty retail services.Performs basic repairs or provides step-by-step instructions to customers to help resolve issues with specialty retail products and / or services.Experience :
Prior Relevant Work Experience 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus.Essential Qualifications Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.Education :
