The Senior Business Systems Analyst will oversee the integrity, security, and performance of our ERP system. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, system compliance, and operational efficiency across both on-premises and cloud-based environments. This role serves as the subject matter expert (SME) and global process owner, driving best practices and continuous improvement in system usage and data governance.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a related ERP support function
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Math, Finance, or related field OR 5 years of ERP support experience in a similar environment
• Experience in change management within an enterprise ERP solution
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and visual data analysis
• Strong understanding of system compliance, user permissions, and data security
