Job description

Pay range : $45-60 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Sign-on or Relocation Bonus : Up to $10,000 for full-time, $5,000 for part-time, plus production pay opportunities!

Benevis is actively seeking a Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our expanding team. You will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch dental care in your community and forging memorable experiences that resonate with our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
  • Provide direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, and application of sealants and fluoride.
  • Enhance customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care.
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instructions.
  • Assess patients' dental conditions and review medical histories.
  • Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
  • Guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
  • Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
  • Take x-rays and maintain patient records as appropriate.
  • Facilitate memorable patient experiences with compassion and professionalism.
  • Qualifications :

  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
  • CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire).
