The ideal team member for this role has proven expertise in production, project management, design, sales, client relations, and team member management. This team member will report directly to our COO and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of running these locations and leading the team within. The General Manager needs to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while being able to take direction and make decisions accordingly. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and performance of the company. The General Manager will lead all team members including department managers in accordance to guidance established from C suite and ownership. This position plays an intricate role in setting the tone for continued success in serving our clients and community.

Qualifications for a Successful General Manager

Have a BA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Project Management

Creative individual who is highly motivated to share their passion and skills

Detail oriented, with a focus on quality work in a timely manner

Set the day-to-day tone for the office and team

Proven ability in building strong client relationships

Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
