Jabbergym is hiring an RBT for our in-home ABA services.
Registered Behavior Technician Key Responsibilities :
- Data Collection & Analysis : Accurately record real-time data on student behaviors, including ABA methods for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- ABA Techniques Application : Implement ABA techniques to modify targeted student behaviors and achieve individualized goals.
- Behavior Tracking Systems : Input and manage data in behavior tracking systems for effective monitoring and assessment.
- Material & Session Preparation : Prepare instructional materials and visual supports, and organize resources in advance to ensure session readiness.
- Compliance & Supervision : Track hours and meet supervision requirements established by the BACB.
- CPI Proficiency : Utilize Crisis Prevention Intervention techniques effectively.
Registered Behavior Technician Qualifications :
Education & Certification : High School Diploma or equivalent required. Obtain and maintain a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through BACB within 90 days of employment.Background & Health Clearances : Obtain DOJ / FBI Live Scan Background clearance, TB clearance, and a physical exam. Provide Immunization Record or undergo a Titer Test.Recommendations : Submit one letter of recommendation (LoR).Personal Attributes : Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and flexibility.Registered Behavior Technician Physical Demands :
Environment : Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes.Activity : Frequent engagement in tasks such as reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.Sensory : Ability to perform essential job functions with or without assistive devices or accommodations, including working in moderate to high noise levels.This job description reflects essential functions and may be adjusted as needed.
