Talent Development & HR Specialist

Are you passionate about helping people succeed and driving operational excellence? We're looking for a Talent Development & HR Specialist to join our team and make an impact on the heart of our operations - the production floor. You'll lead engaging new hire orientations, create and deliver training programs that build skills and confidence, and support employees and supervisors with HR guidance. In this role, you'll collaborate across teams to ensure compliance, drive leadership development, and foster a workplace where every employee feels supported, informed, and empowered. If you're a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and a knack for connecting with people, this is your chance to make a tangible difference every day.
