A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and obtain solicitations including RFQ, RFP, RFI, and cost proposals from subcontractors and service providers
Analyze cost / price, technical capability, and financial viability, managing supplier critical paths to support program milestones
Monitor and report on supplier costs, schedules, and status, recommending corrective actions as necessary
Required Qualifications
US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's Degree with 1 year; or an Associate's Degree with 4 years
Experience in DoD procurement / subcontract compliance with FAR / DFAR regulations
Familiarity with SAP (PRISM / APEX) and automation tools
Demonstrated experience in managing contingent labor procurement within a government contracting environment
