Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a reputable boutique SF plaintiff litigation firm specializing in antitrust/class actions and complex civil litigation, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from Biglaw seeking a smaller, more hands-on environment or someone seeking to work on ground-breaking legal issues such as ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence (AI).

Hybrid schedule - 2 or 3 days/week in a modern, downtown office with a team of super sharp, energetic, fun, focused and collaborative colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases from start to finish
• Preparing and drafting documents, including cite, fact-checking and proofing legal briefs
• Knowledge and experience with Bluebook or CSM citation standards
• Managing litigation databases, document collections, document productions, and document reviews
• Filing and serving legal documents (electronic and hard copy)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Paralegal certification
• 2+ years of law firm litigation experience (5+ preferred)
• State and Federal e-filing experience
• Some trial experience strongly preferred

Salary is 100,000-140,000K, depending on experience + 25% annual bonus
