As a member of the Corporate Cross-Functional Reporting team within our Business Intelligence & Analytics function, you will play a pivotal role in developing a scalable and reliable reporting platform. Your expertise will help us enhance our analytics portfolio, modernize business intelligence practices, and improve operational visibility using data. You Will :
- Partner & Analyze : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and outline requirements, producing analyses that lead to actionable insights.
- Design BI Solutions : Create dashboards, reports, and tools that provide clarity and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Deliver Scalable BI Solutions : Develop and maintain data models and visualizations that ensure accuracy and performance for both internal and external reporting.
- Continuous Improvement : Automate recurring analytical processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual reporting tasks.
- Mentor & Elevate : Help grow the analytical skills within the team by documenting best practices, mentoring peers, and leading improvements.
- Stay Informed : Keep up with best practices in data visualization and business intelligence to continually advance team capabilities.
What You Will Bring :
Technical Skills : Expertise in SQL and Python for data analysis, along with proficiency in BI tools such as Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau.Business Acumen & Communication : Ability to communicate complex data insights to various audiences and influence decision-making through compelling narratives.Prioritization : Strong time management skills to effectively meet tight deadlines.Mindset & Experience : A proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of navigating collaborative, fast-paced environments with a focus on customer service.Experience : 6+ years in data analytics or a related field.Bonus Points If You Have :

As a key member of Datavant, you will be rewarded for your commitment to transforming healthcare through innovative data solutions. The anticipated salary range for this role is $145,000 to $170,000 USD.
This position requires compliance with health screening and vaccination requirements as outlined by our clients. Exceptions to these requirements may be considered on a case-by-case basis. This role is not eligible for employment sponsorship.
