Senior Project Manager

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Project Manager position! This is an 18 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Lead and direct high priority or complex projects that impact multiple business functions from initiation through close.
• Establish clear project objectives and roles and responsibilities for all team members.
• Develop and manage project plans forecasts schedules and budgets.
• Gather detailed project requirements and translate them into defined deliverables.
• Communicate plans to stakeholders and ensure common understanding and alignment.
• Execute all phases of the project plan and monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify and resolve issues manage risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Build strong team performance through mentoring training and motivation.
• Coordinate with internal resources and stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
• May include managerial responsibilities such as staffing performance reviews and team oversight.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards audit findings and internal policies.

What Youll Need to Have :

• 6 years of proven project management experience.
• Strong experience in either organizational change management (OCM) or process optimization.
• Infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and experience creating detailed project plans.
• Proficiency in standard desktop applications and relevant software packages.
• Banking industry experience is a plus.

Pay Range : $60-$65 / hr
