What Youll Do
Were looking for a Customer Account Manager (CAM) who loves building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients succeed. In this role, youll be the go-to point of contact for 3060 client accounts, making sure they feel taken care of and helping them get the most out of our services.
Your day-to-day will include :
- Tracking and managing renewals of service contracts.
- Identifying opportunities for equipment upgrades and service improvements.
- Serving as an escalation point for customer issues and cross-functional handoff making sure theyre resolved smoothly.
- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and helping clients plan for whats ahead.
- Partnering with our external sales engine to seize new business development opportunities when they come your way.
- Cross-functional collaboration with our technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client technical interests
And yes, taking clients out for lunch, coffee, or happy hour is definitely part of the job.
What Were Looking For
3+ years of experience in account management (MSP / IT services preferred).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Business-minded with a fundamental understanding of how technology impacts organizations.Understanding of the different technologies in use in small businessA relationship-builder whos comfortable in front of clients (and enjoys getting to know them outside of the office too).Must be based in the MinneapolisSt. Paul metro area.
