We're hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for our team in Milford, Ohio. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail who can handle shipping, receiving, and fulfilling orders, all while leading a small team. What You'll Do

• Shipping and Receiving : Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing materials, making sure all shipments are logged and sent out on time.
• Order Fulfillment : Accurately picking and packing customer orders, checking that all items are correct and meet our quality standards.
• Kitting : Assembling custom-branded material kits for our clients, ensuring each kit is complete and packed securely for shipping.
• Team Leadership : Guiding and mentoring a small team, helping to create a positive and productive work environment.
