Device diagnostics and repair techniquesCustomer service best practicesSales strategies and product knowledgeData recovery methods and troubleshootingContinuous professional development opportunities to help you grow in your careerRepair certifications for Apple, Samsung, Wise, Google, and many othersFrequent raises based on understanding and practice of learned material.Master Level Technician :Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of various electronic devices including but not limited to iPhones, Android devices, other smartphones, tablets, computers, gaming systems, and other personal electronics.Conduct water damage treatment and repairs, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and best practices.Basic to advanced knowledge of micro-soldering repairs.Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair processes, and offering technical advice and recommendations.Handle common day-to-day operations such as opening / closing the retail store, placing parts orders, updating notes and status of ticketing system, etc.Minimumtwo years experience in daily cell phone repair experience rolesExperience with Apple's GSX and AST systems to calibrate genuine partsExperience with Samsung OCTA and UB repairsCompensation :Base rate ranges from $16-$20 paid as hourly with bi-weekly pay scheduleOvertime hours available, paid at time and a halfCommission for Accessories / Repair Services sold (10% gross) (Avg historically $300-$350 / Month)Tips received on Credit Card Terminal (Avg historically $250-$300 / Month)401(k) retirement plans with 4% employer match1 Week Vacation PTO and 2 paid sick days per yearHealth Insurance plansHourly range depends on previous experience with repairs and customer service.
