Key Responsibilities :
Develop Android client solutions that align with Product Strategy while adhering to best engineering practices and design principles.
Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX / UI designers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners to create engaging and intuitive customer experiences.
Actively participate in agile rituals, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality commitments.
Advocate for the mobile platform within internal and external developer communities.
Commit to continuous learning in mobile development technologies, including Kotlin and Swift.
Contribute to team discussions, incorporating feedback and fostering communication.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster skill development.
Engage with developers across various disciplines, including Android, iOS, APIs, and Web.
Lead the delivery of significant components and platform needs with senior engineers and architects.
Share best practices and enhance processes within and between sprint teams.
Identify technical challenges early and propose creative solutions collaboratively.
Review pull requests for compliance with Kotlin and other language best practices.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience (internships not included).
At least 2 years of experience in building Android applications.
A minimum of 2 years working with Kotlin.
Preferred Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in building Android applications.
3+ years of experience working with Kotlin.
1+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
1+ years of experience in Agile practices.

The annual salary range for this role is $158,600 - $181,000 and may include performance-based incentives.
