Key Responsibilities
Forecast and manage budget allocation for various channels to maximize ROI
Oversee performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging paid channels, including campaign management and optimization
Analyze creative performance and funnel metrics to drive improvements and scale acquisition efforts
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Paid Media, particularly with DTC brands
Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok and other platforms is a plus
Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M per month
Proven record of scaling new customer acquisition funnels
Experience in leading creative strategy and performance optimization
