The Opportunity:

As a programmer, you know that artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, including ML-based NLP, Generative AI, and other AI and ML technologies, are critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using a variety of techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit algorithms and technologies. You’ll grow within a large community of AI and ML engineers across the company and collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and product owners to deliver world-class solutions. Your skills and technical experience will help your clients navigate the landscape of AI and ML and GenAI tools and frameworks.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics

• 3+ years of experience with Python

• Experience working with LLMs such as Claude or GPT

• Experience working with machine learning, data mining, statistics, and algorithms

• Experience with the analysis of data and creation of data-driven visualizations

• Ability to create reports and present findings based on statistical analysis

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with LLMOps tooling such as model observability and model hosting

• Experience with Tableau and SQL

• Possession of excellent communication skills

• Business Analytics, Data Mining, or Statistical Analysis Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
