Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) , you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Develop meaningful, goal-driven treatment plans

Creatively execute therapy to help patients get back to what they love

Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants with clarity and collaboration

Document with precision and meet productivity standards

Partner with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person care

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited PT program

Valid state license

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed

Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is helpful—but a great mindset goes even further
