Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual therapist for our outpatient mental health center in Liberal, KS.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in English and Spanish.
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or MFT, active Kansas licensure, and fluency in both languages.
• Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach.
