Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new construction projects needing HVAC services.
  • Build a strong pipeline through networking, cold calls, trade shows, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and engineers.
  • Provide client support during pre-construction, bidding, and project development phases.
  • Collaborate with estimating teams to prepare competitive and profitable bids.
  • Participate in RPF / RFQ submissions and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming commercial / residential construction projects.
  • Offer strategic insights to management for positioning the company.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure client expectations align with execution capabilities.
  • Assist in project handoff and maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Must have 5-10 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction sales / business development.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, construction project timelines, bidding processes, and regulatory codes.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; able to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, construction management, or related field preferred.
  • Salary Range :

  • $100,000 - $125,000 plus commission
