The Eli Home is seeking a part-time, (8-25 hrs weekly) dynamic and enthusiastic Women's Shelter House Manager available nights 4pm-12a, 12am-8:30am and weekends morning, afternoon and nights, to join our team. The Facilitator will be responsible for conducting various types of group activities and supervision of families and house responsibilities. This position will be based in Anaheim, CA

The Eli Home is hiring a Program Facilitator for our beautiful residential facility in Anaheim. Evenings and weekend shift available. The Eli Home shelters children coming from and abusive/neglect background with their mothers while we work with them towards family healing and reunification. The ideal candidate has a heart for service and a basic understanding of recovery principals as well as experience in efficiently running a home and working with children. Essential tasks include (but are not limited to): monitoring living quarters to ensure safety and cleanliness, conducting searches (as needed), enforcing house rules, conduct drug and alcohol testing when needed, document observations and infractions to policies and procedures, maintain client records and documentation in client files, facilitate children's classes and activities, provide childcare as needed, transport clients to bus stop/school/day care/emergency room when needed and promote positive, caring atmosphere by utilizing appropriate intervention and communication skills.

Requirements: Must be 18-years of age or older. Must be able to utilize computer and various technological devices for emails and security system. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Serve as a positive role model for clients in recovery. Must be culturally sensitive, knowledgeable of other cultures, and able to work effectively with individuals from the target populations. Must be physically able to perform job duties (up and down stairs, lift up 25 lb.) and have a current California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
