Behavior Technician

Salary : $45 / Hour

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements :

High School diploma or equivalent required

Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Position Details :

Position : Behavior Tech

Location : Harford County

Start : ASAP for 2025-2026 School Year

Pay : $19 / hr, weekly payment every Friday

Population : Special Education School

Responsibilities : Must be comfortable working with all behaviors; hitting, kicking, biting, scratching, elopement, verbal disruption, and assisting with activities of daily living within an educational setting
