Job Overview

ACE Fire Protection is expanding in Florida and seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our operations throughout the state. This full-time, on-site leadership position is ideal for a strategic, hands-on professional with strong sales and management skills, industrial market knowledge, and the drive to grow our presence and performance in one of our key regional markets. Youll be responsible for overseeing sales, field teams, managing client relationships, and executing company strategy across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of Florida-based teams, ensuring performance, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met

Develop a book of business, with direct support of our NYC office leveraging established relationships in other markets.

Lead, mentor, and support local managers, technicians, and support staff across multiple branches

Drive revenue growth by managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to field service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Ensure our customers full compliance with fire protection codes, company protocols, and industry regulations

Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and regional goals

Manage budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and logistical coordination across all Florida operations

Recruit, hire, and train new team members as needed to support growth

Foster a positive, productive team culture that reflects ACEs core values

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Management, or related field)

5+ years of experience in operations, regional management, or a leadership role within the construction, fire protection, or safety services industries

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Proven ability to manage dispersed teams and lead by example in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Comfortable with data-driven performance management and reporting

Knowledge of fire protection systems, services, or code compliance is a plus

Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel regionally
