Hourly Rate : $22hr

Schedule : Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday (Full Time)

Window / Door Installation Service Technicians provide superior field support to Renewal by Andersen Customers. Performing as a member of an installation and / or service team.

Responsibilities :

Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products

Analyzes customer situations, determine corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation as efficiently and cost effective as possible

Install window and door replacements

Inventory service stock area of warehouse

Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors

Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations

Complete and submit required paperwork

Portray a professional image and provide a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements :

High School Diploma or Equivalent

At least 2yrs of Construction or Home Improvement Experience

Prior Experience with Servicing and Repairing Previously Installed Windows

Prior Experience with Conducting Technical Measures Required for Installation

Renewal Window Installation Experience is Strongly Preferred

Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation / conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach

Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions and ability to lift at least 75lbs

Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathy skills; organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels
