- 24-hour in-house shifts minimum 15 shifts monthly
- 23 IP admissions, 12 consults, 54 follow-ups monthly
- Inpatient hospital setting
- EMR : EPIC
- Procedures include C-sections, hysterectomies, D&Cs, colposcopies, hysteroscopies
- Patient demographics : primarily ages 18-35
- Mixed payer coverage commercial, medicaid, medicare
- Ongoing coverage potential
- Competitive compensation
- Pre-paid travel and housing
- Paid AAA-rated claims made malpractice
- Licensing assistance and cost reimbursement
