Job description36 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts 24 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. RN Resident : Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less. Acute Care RN : At least 1 year of nursing experience. National Certification in area of specialty. Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care. Assist in surgical procedures and collaborate with the surgical team. Monitor patient status and provide appropriate interventions. Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
Hiring Bonus :
- $18,000 for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience.
- Up to $12,000 for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment.
