Affordable Housing Compliance Manager

A company is looking for an Affordable Housing Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the in-house expert on affordable housing compliance and inform product development

Translate regulatory requirements into clear product input and collaborate with product managers and engineers

Review and prepare compliance packages to validate software accuracy and ensure alignment with industry needs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in affordable housing compliance, including LIHTC and other programs

Deep understanding of LIHTC, HUD, BOND, HOME, and local compliance programs across multiple states

Experience managing compliance teams or operations for affordable housing portfolios

LIHTC compliance certification from an accredited provider

Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
