Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (Full-Time)

As the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (C F O) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Child Serve s financial integrity strategy and sustainability of the this role you will provide strategic direction leadership and oversight of all financial and accounting functions to ensure the effective stewardship of resources in support of the organizations mission to deliver high-quality compassionate healthcare services to the community.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Executive Leadership - Partner with the CEO Board and Executive Team on financial planning risk management and organizational alignment. Develop and implement financial strategies that support mission vision and long-term sustainability. Present financial results audits and compliance reports to the Board and related committees.
• Strategic Financial Planning - Lead development of annual operating and capital budgets contingency plans and financial projections. Oversee independent audits and ensure adherence to GAAP IRS and nonprofit regulations. Manage reimbursement methodologies and optimize financial performance.
• Financial Operations - Direct all accounting budgeting and reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness. Manage cash flow forecasting treasury functions and investment strategies. Maintain systems and policies to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Collaboration & Growth - Work with organizational leaders to improve operational efficiency. Partner with the foundation team on grant reporting and donor fund compliance.
