Compliance / Trade Counsel - Detroit, MI - Hybrid - 4 days in office - Relocation Offered
We’re looking for a Compliance Counsel to support the U.S. operations of a leading global energy storage and EV battery manufacturer. This role is perfect for legal professionals who thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments and want to ensure regulatory integrity, trade compliance, and ethical business practices in a complex, global industry.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor evolving U.S. trade, regulatory, and environmental laws
- Advise cross-functional teams on compliance risks and best practices
- Support import / export compliance, tariffs, and regulatory filings
- Develop and implement U.S. compliance programs
