Bartender / Server
Must have Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday availability. Open Availability is preferred. Must have bartending and serving experience. Must be willing to bartend and serve the tables.
Qualifications :
- Must be 21+ (required)
- Minimum 6 months FULL-BAR bartending experience (required).
- Minimum 2 years FULL-BAR bartending experience (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year floor serving experience (required)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- ServSafe Food Handler or willing to get it (required)
- ServSafe Alcohol Training or willing to get it (required)
- ServeSafe Manager Certification or willing to get it (desired).
Responsibilities :
SERVE your guests with a smile and positive attitudeTake drink and food orders from guests and enter in the POSCash and Credit Card processingMix drinks, pour beer and wine to SOPs and house standardsHave thorough knowledge of beverage offerings, food menu and specialsInteract with guests. Answer questions about food and beverage menuCheck on guests throughout service. Anticipate guests needs before they askListen to guests complaints and issues and take initiative to resolve the issueGive guests an experience that will make them want to come backKeep the bar and restaurant clean. Clear glassware / dishes when guests are finished with these items. Wipe down after guests leave. Wipe messes from food, beverage, condensation from glasses, etcWash glassware and inspect glassware cleanliness before putting awayKeep bar and workspace clean and organizedKeep bar stocked with tools, equipment, ice and liquor throughout shiftChange kegs according to company SOPsRun food, check to make sure the food up matches the order before running it, make sure guests have appropriate utensils and condiments and ask if they need anything else before attending to your next taskImplement sanitation procedures according to Servsafe and Covid-19 standardsFollow Servsafe Alcohol Training, company, state and county rules and laws regarding alcohol serviceRespectfully cut guests off when they show signs of intoxication and communicate with everyone on dutySet up bar and follow opening procedures when openingThoroughly clean bar and restock when closingAttend staff trainings attentivelyRead emails and updates before you get on the floorArrive to work on timePerform tasks and duties that are asked of you on shiftReport any issues or customer dissatisfaction to management at end of shiftSkills :
