About the Role:

As a Customer Service Sales Associate, what we call a "Guest Experience Associate", you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our guests. From sharing the expertise of our services and products to ensuring every guest leaves with Unapologetic Confidence, your role is vital in creating moments that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Share the magic of our services, products, and wax passes with guests, while enhancing the Guest Experience.
• Analyze guest profiles and collaborate with passionate Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities and your sales potential.
• Participate in engaging guest outreach to bring the experts in waxing back to the forefront of your community.
• Turn your passion for the beauty industry into a rewarding sales career with excellent growth potential.

Requirements:

Job Experience/Skill Set:

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate.
• Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.

Salary Description

Avg. $16-$25/hour incl. base, bonus, commission
