- Clinic Manager
- role—perfect for someone who loves patient care but also thrives in leadership, mentorship, and program development.
In this role, you will split your time between direct patient care and leadership responsibilities, working closely with our Director of Physical Therapy, orthopedic surgeons, and administrative team to continue shaping one of the region's top rehab programs.
- Your Role as Clinic Manager
- Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain smooth, efficient workflows
- Mentor and develop PTs, PTAs, and rehab techs through structured onboarding and regular feedback
- Collaborate with surgeons, administration, and the Director of Physical Therapy on program growth and strategic initiatives
- Lead staff meetings, performance reviews, and continuing education activities
- Monitor key performance metrics including arrival rate, productivity, and patient outcomes
- Continue treating a diverse orthopedic caseload while modeling best practices
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development as our department expands

- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + $3,000 Relocation Bonus
