Description of the role :
University Home Care Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Macomb, MI.
You will be going to the client home and assist them with their care plan.
This job position have two shifts, two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening 7 days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Providing direct patient care
- Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with healthcare team members
