The client is looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal and find below the requirements, roles & responsibilities :

• 8+ years working in a law firm
• Primary and most recent experience with complex commercial (business) litigation (examples : disputes between businesses, complicated contracts, fraud claims, partnership disputes, antitrust claims, professional malpractice, etc.)

o Probate / Trust Litigation (contesting a will, PR disputes, creditor claims, beneficiary disputes) and Real Estate Litigation (disputes over commercial leases, construction contracts) experience is a big plus

o Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, or other types of civil litigation experience is not helpful. Nor is Criminal litigation experience.
