A company is looking for a Development Director.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, engage, and cultivate donor relationships to secure funding
Manage the donor pipeline and oversee fundraising efforts
Collaborate with a Development Assistant for CRM operations and reporting
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of direct fundraising or business development experience
Proven track record of cultivating donors and closing major gifts
Experience in building donor pipelines or expanding existing portfolios
Familiarity with CRM systems and donor management
Background in nonprofits, education, or related fields is preferred
