Position Overview :
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who will play a vital role in serving existing clients and driving new business. This position involves a mix of account management, client retention, and sales, making it ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships and helping people.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues.Educate clients on coverage options and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell policies.Generate new business through referrals, leads, and outbound follow-up.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies.Requirements :
Active Property / Casualty insurance license (Life / Health license a plus)Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance customer service and / or salesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in insurance management software and Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented, organized, and self-motivatedWhat We Offer :
