Hybrid schedule is 3 days in office and 2 remote.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate attorney training, CLE programs, and professional development initiatives, including logistics, tracking, and compliance.
- Support attorney performance review processes by compiling evaluation materials, tracking confidential data, and preparing reports.
- Assist with attorney onboarding and integration, including orientations, scheduling, and coordination of stipends, bonuses, and relocations.
- Manage attorney recruiting operations, including applicant tracking systems, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring committee support.
- Support the Summer Program and Summer Program Committee by coordinating orientations, trainings, assignments, evaluations, and events.
Coordinate law school and OCI activities, serving as the firm’s point of contact for schools and managing interview logistics and registrations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required; prior experience in legal, professional services, HR, or attorney recruiting / development preferred.1+ years of experience in law firm recruiting, attorney development, or law school career services.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while handling confidential information with discretion.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience with legal recruiting platforms a plus.
Salary : Up to 105K, may be flexible depending on experience.
