Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary :

Dexian is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for an opportunity with a client located in King of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring objectives are met within scope, budget, and quality standards

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks that could cause delays

Coordinate resources and manage the workload of technical teams, ensuring the right people are on the right tasks

Serve as the primary point of contact between the technical team and business stakeholders, translating technical details and managing expectations

Provide technical guidance to ensure solutions align with architectural standards and quality requirements

Work with teams to implement and follow methodologies like Lean-Agile, and potentially perform duties similar to a Scrum Master or

Release Train Engineer

(RTE)

Requirements :

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a computer-based field like Computer Science or Information Technology

Often requires prior experience in a technical project management or delivery role, along with knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

A solid understanding of technology, software development, and relevant tools is essential

Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role

Ability to define requirements, write user stories, and identify gaps in project scope or design

Looking to start asap and 40 hours per week M-F

Must be US Citizen

Recently a Technical Delivery Manager and background as a software engineer

Will be leading teams of developers

70% of role is focused on : managing the developers, code reviews, reviewing the architecture, making recommendations and providing advice to the developers / architects / tech leads

One role is looking for OTC functional knowledge, .NET and React (both must have skills), Angular (nice to have skill)

Second role is data analytics focused, looking for experience with Databricks, PowerBI, reporting and PySpark
