Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Service AI Automation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain CX systems and integrations, ensuring proper configuration and user roles

Streamline onboarding and enhance automation efficiency for CX tools

Monitor AI and automation tool performance, implementing QA frameworks and optimizing workflows

Qualifications

3-5 years in CX operations, support systems, or AI workflow configuration

Experience managing or administering SaaS tools and CX platforms

Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement

Familiarity with AI configuration workflows and QA frameworks

Hands-on experience with CX automation platforms is preferred
