What you can expect from this role Work as Team Lead RN based in the Emergency Department Teach / mentor RNs in de-escalation techniques, restraint protocols, safety, psychopharmacology and other behavioral health topics Rounding with charge nurses on the inpatient units and may conduct debriefings with staff. May do chart audits for restraint documentation Training and orientation provided for this role Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure Certification pay available Full-time (0.9 FTE), evening shift opening (1130-0000) 3 x 12 hour shifts. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's of Nursing Degree Experience : 3 years' experience; emergency and / or psych experience highly preferred.
