This includes designing and scaling account-based marketing programs, shifting the company's positioning to be more customer-journey-led, and elevating thought leadership to position the business as a trusted authority in the sector. The role also involves expanding cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leading a marketing team, and partnering with various internal functions to ensure the effectiveness of the demand generation efforts. Applicants for the Vice President of Demand Generation position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on demand generation and growth at scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling revenue, particularly in the $50M-$100M range, and experience in enterprise demand generation, including ABM and multi-channel campaigns. A key requirement is the ability to lead the transition from product-led to vertical-led go-to-market strategies and to build thought leadership content that resonates with both senior economic buyers and practitioners. The role demands a leader with deep knowledge of marketing attribution, data, and analytics, and proficiency in relevant tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM / intent tools. Strong people leadership skills and a highly collaborative style are essential for this position.
