Essential Functions and Primary Duties :

Marketing Strategy and Execution :

• Develop and execute a marketing and communications plan tailored to the assigned product line's strategic priorities.
• Align marketing initiatives with enterprise-wide CBIZ campaigns and the broader B&I strategy.
• Partner with service line leadership to identify and prioritize key growth opportunities.
