A respected plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking an  Employment Attorney (4793)  to join their mission-driven Seattle practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of experience who is passionate about workplace justice and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, trial-ready environment.

What You’ll Do :

Represent plaintiffs in employment matters from intake through trial

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with clarity and purpose

Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Advise clients on rights and strategic case direction

Collaborate with a close-knit team on cases that make a real-world impact

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 3 years of legal experience

Employment law experience preferred - but the firm is willing to train

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to manage a caseload independently while working well with others

Must be an active WSBA member in good standing
