Associate Attorney (Gilbert)

A busy personal injury law firm in Gilbert is looking for a 3+ year Plaintiff personal injury lawyer. The successful candidate must be able to take a case from intake to settlement.

Job Duties :

• Draft pleadings
• Respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle ADR
• Settle pre-litigation cases
• Organize and maintain all client files
• Handle / assist intakes as needed
• Update clients
• Negotiate liens
• Assist in file management
• Draft demands
• Negotiate settlement
• Interact with clients, adjusters, medical providers and opposing counsel
• Ensure clients are informed and receive correspondence

Experience and Education Required :

3+ years of Plaintiff personal injury experience. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Experience using case management software.

Must possess strong organizational skills, work ethic and enjoy working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
