We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Ready-Mix Truck Tire and Lube Technician to join our maintenance team.

Position Responsibilities :

Perform routine preventative maintenance on ready-mix trucks.

Lubricate and grease truck components according to maintenance schedules.

Inspect, change, repair, and rotate truck tires : experience with 445s preferred

Check fluid levels and perform basic inspections to ensure road readiness.

Assist with general shop maintenance and organization.

Support the fleet maintenance team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Basic mechanical skills required and experience working on class B vehicles

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 75 lbs.

Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality.

Valid driver's license required (CDL not required).
