Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, mobile digital solutions, and a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. This role will involve designing and implementing cutting‑edge digital solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive innovation within our clients digital ecosystem. The candidate must be technically proficient and hands‑on with the relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership : Lead the architectural design and implementation of digital solutions for the Client account, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Digital Strategy : Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency in the QSR industry.
• Mobile Solutions : Design and implement mobile applications and solutions that improve customer experience and streamline operations within the Client.
• AI Integration : Leverage AI technologies to drive innovation, improve decision‑making processes, and enhance digital solutions.
• Technical Expertise : Be hands‑on and proficient in the relevant technologies, providing technical leadership and guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends related to digital architecture, QSR, and AI.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including UX / UI designers, mobile developers, and data scientists, to deliver cohesive and impactful digital solutions.
• Project Management : Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation and delivery of digital projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with key stakeholders, including Client executives and IT teams, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide strategic recommendations.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $142,200 to $288,750 / yr. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note : No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
