Position : District Shift Leader (General Manager Development)

We are looking for our next General Manager! If you are ready to rise like one of our bagels and grow your career, then becoming a District Shift Leader is for you. District Shift Leaders participate in a targeted General Manager development plan to learn how to be a bagel boss. Once the development plan is complete, you will be next in line to take ownership of a bakery as a General Manager when a position is available.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Travel to additional leaders in the area to gain further independence and learn.
• Lead the bakery in the absence of the General Manager and serve as the next in line for that position.
• Begin shifts as early as 3 am for first bake and store opening duties.
• Lead by example, act as a brand ambassador, and provide ongoing coaching and training for the teams.
• Jump into different roles every shift to ensure high-quality food and beverages for guests and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Participate in the GM development plan, learning restaurant administrative duties such as inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, P&L analysis, food cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting quality team members.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Hourly Rate : $14.57 – $21.86 per hour (ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position. Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.)
