The ideal candidate has a strong background in pediatric critical care , with PACU experience preferred . This RN will provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in both pre- and post-anesthesia phases, collaborating closely with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe recovery and optimal outcomes.
